This important position within the company ensures the company's products are ready to be placed into the hands of our customers. It is crucial to have products that will work as designed and as expected by our customers. The Test Lead will guarantee that POINT's products are being tested adequately and in a timely manner. The Test Lead will not only be involved with product testing but also lead members of the testing group and coordinate and review their day-today activities. Key parts of the position include ability to manage multiple test tasks, (re)prioritize as necessary and keep management regularly updated on testing status and any delays or issues.
